Hello everyone. I am coming up on my third month of my 6 month pre op diet. Has anyone that has had to do this not lost a lot of weight? I have lost a little over the past couple months but not much. What does the nutritionist do if you do not lose weight between visits?

Has anyone in Virginia used UHC for gastric bypass. My wife's company starts with this company Jan 1st. I had anthem and they required a 6 month diet program. Does UHC typically do this? I am afraid of having to start over since I lost my insurance and we have had a few months of a gap in between.
