Update: surgery was just under an hour. All went well Wednesday home by 4 on Friday. Now working and I mean working in fluids! Man it's a job. So far so good. All food on TV and around me have negative thoughts. Almost make me nauseated. Smells are strong too.

Day 12 of pre op diet today. Thanksgiving and Friday Saturday were the worst!

Day 10 of pre-op diet. My stomach has never been this loud before. Has anyone else experienced this. Not a problem (I don't think) but really loud after drinking a shake

Oops It is Wed so I guess that is Dec 2. Must be the low cal diet effecting my brain. Haha

I have Cigna and after a little snafu on not having all the info it took about 2 weeks

My name is Paul and I have my sleeve surgery scheduled for Dec 1. Been on pre-op diet and no deviation. It's been tough no doubt. Hopefully the liver shrinks as needed. Started back in May June going through the paces. Started out at 335. Currently at 280. Nervous and excited all at once. If I can get through Thanksgiving on this pre op I feel I can make it!
