  1. I was sleeved on 11/18. So far, things have been going well. I have lost about 14 pounds since my surgery. I recently started purees and I am not even close to the protein intake that I need. I can't stomach protein shakes, I HATE THEM. I physically can't get them down without gagging and giving up on them. I am only able to eat 1/4 cup of food at a time, which I try to add unflavored protein powder to but it still isn't enough. I am tracking my caloric intake in a food diary and am only getting to about 400-600 calories a day. I can't imagine that this is healthy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
