  1. I'd stick with clear liquids until the nausea subsides. The first week I was only drinking 100% fruit juice diluted 50/50 with Water. It help with nausea.
  2. HI I had my sleeve 11/11. 16 lbs down and my blood sugar is under 130! I'm having problems being bored with Protein shakes and I'm wanting reg food badly. Anyone else having this problem? Oh and I was told the diarrhea is from the Vitamins and all the liquids...? I've had it everyday since surgery.
