  1. @@Jen Em Cee I was sleeved on thurs the 19th so I'm 4 days post op. Trying to get down the liquids and get in my Protein Drinks which has not been easy...two sips and I'm so stuffed, it hurts. Today has been the day with the most pain...thinking maybe I over-did it at the weekend. I'm sore and tired, but thankfully the gas is subsiding... I haven't started Vitamins yet but I ordered Wellesse liquid vitamins from Amazon. I tried them before surgery and they were not bad. The price was much more affordable than others. Congrats to everyone for taking this big step! Best of luck to you all!
  2. Just had my surgery on Thursday! Feeling great, except for the gas pains! Any tips other than walking or gasx to help relieve the bloat??
