  1. lost 10 kg to date , slowly losing it hope your feeling ok today X
  2. I cried for the first couple of weeks , it so hard and I questioned myself why did I do this . I was also hungry all the time !! remember you are only having liquids so it pass quickly , Hang in there I personal know how hard it is . I promise things will get easier I had my surgery 11/10/2015

  4. Hello , I haven't had a period in 6 months . But after surgery I got it 4 days later and I couldn't be happier . Already one of my health issue is been resolved.

  6. I'm a week post op , feeling really hungry I made a soup put heaps of vegs in it and purée it I eat a bowl and felt great I just won't to eat more
