  4. I am 4 days post op and I am having so much trouble keeping protein shakes down. I gag drinking them (I've tried 5 different kinds and to me they are all horrible!). Do I have any other options? I know protein is important for maximum weight loss early on and since I'm miserable, I at least want the maximum weight loss. Sorry for my negativity. It's been a very rough day
  5. I am 4 days post op and I would love to connect with someone going thru this at the same time. I'm not having pain in my chest but I've been told that is gas that can work its way up to your shoulders. I hope you get to feeling better. I can't get rid of the nausea. I'm really regretting doing this about now
