    I am 4 days post op. HW:334 SW:301 CW: 291 I have lost 10 lbs in 4 days scary. I'm feeling like I can eat anything though just in small amounts. My trouble right now is not eating whatever and sticking to the post op diet. Broth sucks lol. This is going to be an amazing journey and I'm very excited for it.
