    I am post op about 9 weeks. I have tried the chews from bari avtiv and put them in Water my body rejects them. I tried another chew 2 mins later I was throwing it up. I have been taking complete 50+ Tablet and GNC mega man . to make up the difference. I do not know if I am absorbing. Can someone give me more idea for Vitamin?? -- no gritty vitiamin please. Thanks.
