After a frustrating couple of weeks and a couple of stuff around's i have booked flights and accommodations for my surgery but will not have any family support. Did anyone of you have family there or not and how did you handle it if you didn't?? I'm not worried about it now but i think come surgery day in 5 days ill be freaking out quite a bit.

My surgery is booked for July 6th, 4 weeks pre op diet... next week will not come quick enough for me lol

Hello everyone I'm getting my surgery done on July 6th 2016 and I have to do 4 weeks pre-op diet. I just need some tips on how to keep me motivated from June 6th onwards any ideas please!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
