  1. Yes I am 53 and need to lose the weight to keep blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride levels down. I have lost 48 lbs since Jan 21 of this year. I am now able to wear a size 10 (down from an 18-20 Woman size) I used to lose my breath walking up the stairs, I now walk 15 K 5 days a week with only a small effort. Gastric Sleeve surgery has been the best decision I have ever made. Go for it ????
  2. I am 10 months post gastric sleeve and have hit a plateau for 3 months now. I have bought a Fitbit and have increased m exercise. My portions have gotten larger, but I am hungrier. I'm considering going back to 4 protein shakes a day. Please advise ????
