  1. :mad2:I am so discouraged..I had my surgery 2-1-07 and lost 60 lbs the first year, which was great. Have not lost a single pound since Aug of 2008, in fact have gained about 4 lbs. Had a fill in Jan of this year, maybe too tight because most of the time I cannot get what I need to eat to go down, so I tend to eat what will go down easy and that is the stuff that is not good for me. Exercise is very hard because I have very bad knees. Do I need to go have some removed from my band so I can get the protein down? Can you gain weight by not eating enough? I eat less than half of what I ate before my surgery and still do not lose..I am so very depressed over this, I paid out of pocket for my band, so I feel like 60 lbs cost me $9500.00. Any help, tips, advice would be appreciated.. Thanks, LK Bear
