  1. well everyone is diferent but on day two i was out walking my neighborhood about 1 to 1 1/2 miles my doc told me the sooner your out walking the better this helps prevent blood clots and helps with gas pains (which i didn't have thank god) but with in three days I felt like nothing had happend other than a little soreness at the port area
  2. hello i'm 2weeks 4days post op and have lost 10lbs pre 23post I have a few questions 1st I have lost weight only because I watch what I have been eating I feel just like I did pre opt I can eat what ever I want and as much as I want, not sure if this is normal or not also my doc has put me on solid food already he says just chew realy good has anyone been told this let me know my last question is I know I can't drink beer because of the carbonation and empty calories but how bought wine

Hello I was banded July 2nd and have lost 30 pounds 17 pre 13 post call me crazy but I'm not sure of this hole thing before the operation I looked at everything lapband and thought this is for me know I'm reading all about slipping and all the negitive I almost feel as if I should stop looking on line but I keep comming back maybe I'm crazy or maybe this is normal I don't know please help
