  1. Anyone had band removed due to oesophageal dilation

    Hiya To cut a very long story short - banded Dec 2006 - lost 6 stone - stretched pouch August 2008 - band emptied - put 1 and half stone back on :laugh: - now told oesophagus not working properly - FREAKED me out !! Waiting appointment to see surgeon for probable removal. Has anyone else had this problem ?? or has anyone else had their band removed ?? Bit scared now so any reassurance would be great !!
