  4. I don't like having regrets. The only things I would change are being more informed. My insurance only required me to see a therapist once. I never worked on the reasons why I had become obese. I might have also changed the type of surgery. My surgery was in 2007 and I'm currently back where I started. So remember that this is just a tool which you must take care of. It's still hard work. I'm finally at a place where I can get the help I need. That's the other thing,don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Good luck with your surgery! I hope everything goes well.
