  1. How much pain I was in due to the gas from surgery. How much I miss drink a whole water bottle at once. Sip sip sip just means chapped lips and extreme thirst. How quickly people notice the first 20lbs but forget the next 20. How nauseous and vomiting can take over quickly if you forget any new habits. How easy it is to get dehydrated. Sip..sip..sip isn'the so bad. How easy it can be to feel regret if you feel foul. How much support helps! How happy I am to not need to take 16 med in the morning anymore. How it feels to slowly see the new you emerging.
  2. Hi I was sleeved on 9/29/15. Starting weight was 317, currently at 285. I'm 36, married, 3 kids 6,9,12, in graduate school. I am struggling with lots of nausea and vomiting. I feel like I am bordering on regret. I'm not on Facebook anymore but would definitely use the support.
  3. Thanks for the reply. The nausea and vomiting are keeping me from eating anything. I had a hiatial hernia removed at the same time as the sleeve. I just want to feel "normal". The nausea is affecting everything. Help
  4. I am 4 weeks post op and I have been vomiting and have major acid reflux. I read about the lemon pre-op and post op but with this much nausea and reflux I am scared. Any body suffer with the same issues? Nothing is helping.
