  2. I just saw the doctor on Monday, and he said to take Tums. Said it should pass soon. I went ahead and purchased a PPI today to try for 24 days. Hoping by then I will have lost enough that it is not affecting me as badly. I see the doctor again on November 9. Thank you the input! Just needed to feel like I was on the right track, I guess. Still learning to try and eat slowly and SMALL amounts at a time.

  4. Lol. Well, I know that because I am a nurse, but I was trying to avoid that because there are long-term complications with using a PPI for too long. I may have to cave though just so I can be comfortable. Will ease up as I lose more weight? I hope!
  5. I am struggling getting my Protein in and when I do have diarrhea all day. I can't get enough fluids in because I have this fullness that puts pressure in my chest (I am guessing from my stomach) which then results in severe heartburn. I think maybe drinking/eating too fast and too much when I don't really think I am that full. Thoughts? This heartburn is driving me crazy. I walk around sucking on Tums throughout the day. By the way, I am still on a pureed diet.
