  1. I got Halloween shaped pretzels. There are little bags to hand out. Easier than candy that I would eat if there were leftovers.
  2. My program does allow pasta, rice and bread but obviously protein first.
  3. I wasn't sure I could have bacon. Is it better to have pre cooked or turkey bacon?
  4. I do not have a Nutrionist. I'm trying to find one local that my insurance covers. In the mean time, I'm 4 weeks post op and wondering how much food I should be eating. For instance, this morning I had 2 medium over easy eggs and a slice of toast. I was satisfied. I didn't have any pain or feel like I ate too much. I have had that pain before so I knew I wasn't in pain this morning. But did I eat too much?
