  1. I too feel like crap lately, but my concern is I developed bad diarrhea for 5 days now and I called the doctor and they told me to use immodium. Also my appetite has decreased big time. I feel my food or liquid going down a lot more and I feel there is some type of resistance or something as if nothing goes down. I don't know what is going on. Weakness can come and go, but ne sure to take your Vitamins and be sure to drink lots of Water. I am 7 months post-op and was doing pretty well, but now I don't know. I have lost 90 pounds. I am scared to be honest and thinking to call my doctor.
  2. I have lost 85 pounds now and I am 6 months out almost exactly June 2, 2015. I consume between 800-900 a day and I am exercising. I think I am doing the right things. I did speak to my doctor who told me I would lose probably 30 more which would be my goal weight, but I am tall 5'8" and large frame and I have DD implants from surgery before which most likely weigh 10 lbs themselves lol. I don't know if I want to lose 30 more. Maybe 20 more from my goal. I hope I make it. ????
  3. I had my surgery June 2, 2015. Went in @ 285 lbs. I have lost 78 pounds! I do walk 4 half miles or workout at the gym for an hour 6 days per week. I am eating between 600-700 calories and I am afraid this will inhibit me from losing more and I have noticed the weight loss is slowing down from what it was in the beginning. Please somebody give me some input. I do eat healthy; lots of vegetables and in fact, I think I have became a vegetarian just because I cannot handle meats anymore. Angel in the Carolinas
