It's hard, thats the whole reason for this surgery because you can't lose n if uou do gain it back. They will hive you tips to help don't worry if you don't lose though, just be sure not to gain ☆Jeni☆

Hi, I'm Jennifer I just turned 38 Monday and have 4 kids, 5 grandkids n 1 on the way ????. I started in December my last app is May 25th and hope to have my surgery in June July or maybe even August, they can't tell me anything toll insurance approves me ???? so I wait I'm also having the sleeve, can't wait to start a new and be able to do things I have never done n not done for yrs plus spend more years with my husband and family ☆Jeni☆

@@MomOf4OhMy I had to wait 180 days also the 25th of May is my 180 n thats my last appointment thank goodness I'm ready for this! I bet it was I took our daughter to Usher yrs ago n hubby n I have gone to Rockfest in Kc quit a few times. There fun to say the least ???? ☆Jeni☆

I think it all depends on what type you have, like ours is through the State husband is a Sgt with DOC. ☆Jeni☆

We didn't have to lose they said at or below the weight you started at, which means no gaining n if you do it better be gone by the last visit or they will deny you 1st time I habe UMR ☆Jeni☆
