  3. I am ex Army and I am almost sure the answer is you can not join. Entering into the Army, they want to know about all past surgeries. They do not want to pay you disability for any issues you might have from a pre-existing procedure. Now hey are downsizing they are being even more strict with joining.
  4. My doctor told me to take a washcloth and rub over it and the glue would come off. For the most part most of them have come off and the redness and itching has calmed down in those areas but for the other areas I was too scared to take off, I will probably try nail polish remover.

  8. I had 3 months with PCP, psych exam, meeting with nutrition, group meeting, blood work from PCP and that was all. I think this is all based on your health and current conditions, I didn't have any problems so doctor said I didn't need any extra tests.
  9. Your not alone, mine will not schedule till you get insurance approval. I wish they could have because now I have to wait till January 13th although I met my deductible and it would have been cheaper for me to have it this year.
  10. I do my pre-op on the 7th but only required to be on liquids the day before surgery. I think I will do liquids as close to a week as possible though. It will be right after the holidays and if I can lose even a pound then the liquids will be worth it.
  11. I am having my surgery same day January 13. When do you start your pre op diet?
  12. I'm glad you feel great and I am going to pray I am as blessed as you and have the same experience.

  23. @deatiny_77, I am in the same boat as you as far as gaining. They told me not to lose any either but now the problem is I gained far more than I should have. Actually, they told me because of my bmi initially that it wouldn't hurt if I gained a few pounds but then I couldn't stop. i was told not to worry that I just need to now follow the eating plan giving in vandy's book.

  26. I didn't even know they do that. Since I have bothered them enough might as well bother them just a little more and ask. Either way, I am happy, ready to start the new year on the losing waggon. Lucky for you that they got you in right before the new year.
