  2. It truly depends on the plan. Some plans except bariatric surgeries and some don't. I would recommend requesting the summary plan description or SPD, to confirm that bariatric surgery is covered.

  4. I can understand......my final straw per say is the fact that my back hurts when I bathe my little one. My feet tingle and I'm always tired. I want to be able to take my little girl to the playground and run around with her without feeling like I'm about to have a heart attack. I've made my first appt w the surgeon on 11/13! Excited!
  5. I'm in Broward County and I'm looking to get sleeved early next year I have 115 pounds to lose, but still I don't have my date yet.
