  3. I drink 60 grams of protein in he am and take biotin. Can I do anything else to save my golden locks?
  4. Yeah I was a diabetic since 2006 and I was taking 85 units at night. I was hoping for a miracle was just completely devastated when it didn't work for me. I'll keep the faith and keep a good outlook thanks so much for your reply

Hi, my names Tina and had gastric bypass specifically to lose the diabetes and it's still there but very near normal, my glucose monitor numbers are 115-130 , my Dr. does not have me on any diabetes meds as of right now, and says as the weight comes off, the diabetes will be less and less, so I've lost 30 pounds as of this writing, and everything is looking better. SO DONT LOSE HOPE! EAT HOW AND WHAT YOUR SUPPOSE TO, Listen to your surgeon for every stage of this surgery, and stay positive about your outcome!To YOUR HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE AND NEW CHANCE❤️ Thanks Tina. My numbers are still in the 200s and I am just hoping after I lose a bunch away it'll go away permanently. Thank you so much for your encouragement!

  8. I really thought it would be gone by now but dr says go back on insulin. Did anyone else not lose their diabetes after surgery?
