  11. Me at 64 days post op!! I now fit into size 44 pants and love button up shirts!!
  12. My name is Cara! I had the VSG on August 28, 2015. HW 273. SW 260. CW 216. The pic of me in the red shorts and sports bra was a couple weeks post op. I'm ecstatic about losing almost 60 lbs so far but I am having difficulty managing my dehydration and protein intake. I am in the process of trying new foods. Balance is crucial with my new lifestyle of eating! This has been the toughest physical and mental challenge of my life.. besides nursing school.. But one day at a time, I'm owning this life!!!

  14. I'm 70 days post sleeve surgery and I'm still learning how to make time for enough liquids!! I enjoy lemon water the best. I'm struggling with dehydration and I am not meeting my protein goals every day. I've lost 60 lbs already and it's definitely life-changing!!
