  1. Yes I did. I had surgery back in October 2015 and had quite a bit of hair loss for the first 5 months or so. I have very little hair loss now. What helps is eating/drinking a lot of Protein. I also take a Biotin supplement so I don't end up with really thin hair.

  3. I have the same issue- hunger. My program requires 3 meals a day- no Snacks. I find that is too hard to do, especially when I am working out a lot. I find that if I drink a Protein drink (low calorie one like Muscle Milk 100 cal, 20 G protein) that it helps with the hunger until I can eat my next meal. I also noticed that now that I am over 4 months out of surgery, I can eat more at a meal if I let myself. I try to stick to 700-900 calories a day but sometimes it is hard.
