  1. I had my sleeve on September 29. I am doing well and have already lost 16 pounds. I have trouble exercizing so I intend to ask my Family Practioner for a script for physical therapy. Water areobics after PT is my plan. It is nice to connect with other people that are 60 plus.

  7. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on September 29. It went well and I came home the next day. I was rather wobbly at first, but more steady now. I try to switch the liquids up. My favorites now are: chicken broth, premere chocolate protein shakes, and decaffeinated tea. I do not like sweet thinga now. I have not weighed myself yet because I do not want to be disappointed. I see the surgeon Monday. My journey has begun and I am excited. I look forward to fitting comfortably in an airplane seat and getting on the floor to play with my grand children.
