  4. Dear beloved community, General update, wife is doing fantastically well and lost almost 16kg since op 4 weeks out. However, since yesterday she's got pain on the left side of the abdomen and the tummy is swollen. Any help??? Please in worried it might be something. It's also 5 weeks since the last bowel moment, is this all inter linked. Much love SA

  6. Thank you so much for all your help. I made the mistake of giving her lemon drink and coffee in this past week, prior to this, acid was never an issue, so based on your kind advice, we will avoid all the things mentioned.
  7. My wife is 20 days out post Op and all of a sudden, she's having huge acid reflux issues. She's into her third week and we feel like we can't introduce the the next stage of the diet plan given to us by the doctor. I'm concerned she won't be able to eat and even thought she's taking nexuim twice a day (80g), this is not helping the acid reflux. Would be grateful if anyone can offer any advice of the causes or what foods to avoid, would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance
