  2. I was sleeved on 9-3-15 I don't get my water in either. Protein is not a problem. Vitamins are a no, I get sick too. I have lost about 40 pounds, and a bunch of inches. I can't do any nuts, I feel terrible afterwards. Sugar or sweet things are a no also, not even fruits. And I too have leftovers for days, I'm used to cooking for 2 adults and 2 kids. Now I have to remember to cut 1 adult out, not that easy. Lol

  4. Lorri716, I tried 1 bite of cake at my niece's birthday and was sick all night. Then I tried bananas and then strawberries, plain no sugar. And got the same reaction. I'm not a big sweet eater to begin with but fruit, now that's a disappointment.

  6. I had my surgery on September 3rd. Everything has been good so far. No problems with protien, but really bad at getting all my water in. On solid foods doing good on thise. I've found I can't tolerate sweet things, even fruits, or any nuts very well. Weightloss is slow, but the loss of inches is really noticeable.
