    pugdog posted a topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
    I was told not to have caffeine after surgery but have had a zipfizz a few times in the afternoon when I find it hard to stay awake at work. There is 100 mg of caffeine in them and they don't seem to bother my stomach. Anyone else drink these? I'm 3 months post op. Thanks
