I was 56 when I had mine need to lose weight I need a knee replacement. Trying to lose enoughto have my surgery

Just cant get enough water in each day. I really don't like drinking water

I had conversion on August 3rd and is fine my problem is remembering to write down whst I am eating. HELP

I had robotic surgery had lap band removed and coverted to the slreve the same time and is foing pretty good with weight lost.

I have been 4 weeks after sugar I've lost 26 lbs but exercise program is terrible I need to have knee surgery

You must keep yourself busy and not around food. You must eat a lot of sugar free popsicle

That's great I am 6 week out and can eat anything but i can't eat much of anything. I really need to get in touch with my nutritionist to help me plan. I csn use all the help I can get.

Well have a knee proble and need to have surgery so I am afraid to do anything that going stop me fr walking. I walk but no everyday What do you eat

I just wear what I have until I have lost at least 2 sizes

My doctor say 6 little meals a day or if you dont eat you won't loose weight
