I understand but I think you have did a wonderful job your just hard on yourself. If another person told you they lost 54 pounds that would be really good it's just harder when it's yourself. Keep up the good work you are doing your best.???? -

Thank you for the welcome I have a long way to go but for the first time in my life I am happy to go on the scale so trust me I know what you mean when you say I love my band because It was the best thing for me .

You will not see the real weight lost tell months 3 and 4 because you have to find your fill number and they start you off slowly to find that number -

Do not wait a year I had my band with true results and they have me coming in once a month because after every 10 pounds you need a full because your stomach has gotten smaller

I agree when I got my band I felt like it was not working because I could eat but when I went to the doctor he explained that I was in the healing stage and since then I have lost 76 pounds in 7 months
