  2. I've had a blog for quite a while and it's very honest and keeps me incredibly accountable. Here's the address: Seeingredchange.wordpress.com
  3. I had my sleeve on September 1st, 2015 - so I'm about 6 weeks out. I lost 31lbs in the first 5 weeks but now haven't lose anything for almost two weeks. Is this normal? I've been cleared for food for about 3 1/2 weeks now and have been doing well. I just started really working out, but haven't gotten back to my old full regime. Any thoughts, opinions, etc? Very discouraged.

  5. I got a card like this from my surgeon. One one side of the card it's a medical alert card saying I'm a gastric sleeve patient in case of emergency and on the other side it has a special diet request noting that my stomach is 4 ounces big and request I be allowed to order a half portion or a children's menu item.
  6. I was just giving the clearance for food, starting with 1 ounce at a time and building up to 3-4 ounces per meal. So I'm thinking for now I stick with a Protein shake when I don't want the effort of making eggs. But trying to figure out the future is where I was coming from.
  7. Hi everyone! I am 3 weeks post-op and looking for creative Breakfast food ideas that are quick and easy for the morning. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, but finding time to make it in the morning is tough. Any suggestions you've done to make it more enjoyable than just some eggs? Thanks!
