  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this. I was beginning to wonder what was going on. I've lost 20 pounds, and then it goes up and down a pound or two. It is very hard for me to get in all the Water also, but I have read to count all my liquid intake. So happy to hear we are all about in the same situation together.
  2. Good Luck! I go to my pre-op tomorrow, and surgery on 2/25 at 11:00.
  3. Praying all goes well for you tomorrow, GOOD LUCK!
  4. My doctor/surgeon required a high protein/low sugar/fat for two weeks prior. Then just clear liquids two days prior to surgery.
  5. So glad I found you all here. My surgery is on the 25th, and I go for my pre-op on the 24th. I had some doubts this weekend wondering if I should go ahead with this surgery. Now I am getting excited again. I have lost 7 pounds this week, and it hasn't been too hard. Then I started wondering if I could do this on my own, without surgery.....
