  2. Positive have a safe and wonderful trip [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322] The b12 should give you a boost, I take sublingual b12 daily Dehydration is no joke but I think part of the problem is the whole no drinking and eating at the same time and having to wait Let us know how your cruise is
  3. Positive - I'm glad that you're enjoying your wraps, I may have to try them I struggle with food and fluids at times as well- sometimes I feel like I'm eating too much and others nothing is appealing and I can't eat - I figured it comes with the territory- how often is it happening to you?
  4. Happy 4 month surgerversary [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji133]
  5. Hi 2/9ers I miss you guys, it's been hectic on my end - have been traveling non stop for the last month TxJP wow 65 pounds you are doing fantastic - I haven't been on the scale in a few weeks due to not having one at my fingertips but it's probably a good thing [emoji16] Positive - glad to hear the wrap went well and congrats on the 53 pound loss [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322] I have to agree with TxJP lose skin is no joke and is so yuck - I realized the depth of my lose skin last night in my midsection but hey it comes with the territory I have been working out like a beast so hopefully it will snap in place, otherwise tummy tuck it will be, one day
  6. Good morning 2/9ers I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend - Happy Memorial Day!!! So I need to vent about this darn stall omg if I'm not stalling, my scale is barely moving grrrrrrrr I've always been a slow to no loss loser but it's still annoying OK I'm better now [emoji16]
  7. Did make goal [emoji107] but thank you for organizing the challenge Final weigh in 271
  8. I'm still here [emoji16] Happy Saturday
  9. SuzzyQ - congrats on the loss, don't get discouraged I completely understand your frustration and concern- I too am a slower loser and have had to come to the conclusion that my body is going to do what it wants, all I can do is continue on my path - keep up the good work, the weight will fall off Jargon - congrats on the loss and almost being at goal [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]
  10. 273 grrrrr I need this scale to move [emoji36]
  11. Lauriessp we will get there sooner than later [emoji51] I have never heard of musclepharm, I will look for the chocolate- coconut and I don't care for each other [emoji39] This is definitely a supportive group, I love my 2/9 family [emoji8]
  12. Good Morning 2/9ers, so I just looked at the calendar and today marks 99 days since we started the sleeved life [emoji16] I have to say I'm very grateful for the journey, although I thought I would be further along - but it's been an experience learning my new body - still working on getting my water up to where it needs to be and consistently getting in a minimum of 80 grams of protein [emoji16] How's everyone doing Positive - did you go and have the colon cleansing [emoji15]
  13. Happy Monday 2/9ers isn't it our 3 month anniversary?
  14. Positive- you go first lol and report back [emoji16] it would be great to keep everything moving, but I dunno I'm a little scared about someone or something going in my back door [emoji15][emoji55]
  15. Hi KellyRN congrats on the 43 pound loss - in my opinion you are doing great, your loss is right around where most of our losses are - unfortunately we can not dictate how quickly we lose the goal is to just consistently lose, which you are doing. Most of us have plateaued at some point, I know I have but just stick with getting in your protein and liquids and you will lose again...one thing I noticed with my weight loss, or lack there of is that I have to get in more than 60 grams of protein if I want to lose, so I try to get in as much protein as possible and I still have my no loss days. Keep up the good work, the weight will fall off
  16. Hi there McKitty, welcome back we miss you too. How's everything going on your end? So 2/9ers I'm 2 pounds away from my first real goal so Woohooo - still struggling with water and having some stomach discomfort but it's Thursday and cinco de mayo. No margaritas for me today, stressful week so if I indulge I may over indulge [emoji107][emoji107]???? how's everyone doing
  17. Slimtrimshel good response and I agree it's the truth [emoji16] squats are your friend [emoji16] ElChris major congrats on the loss and the great blood work and surgeon results
  18. Luckkkkk Positive [emoji16] I'm sure all will be well in the end. I too am working on upping my water intake because it's definitely a challenge I'm 3 pounds away from my first goal so wohooooo We're almost at our 3 month surgerversary 2/9 ers
  19. Hi slimtrimshel - yayyyy to others noticing your progress [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322] it's funny sometimes I like when it's noticed other times I don't. My water intake today is at about 40 oz but I will get in another 24 before the end of the night (at least that's the plan ) Oh what have you been telling people when they ask questions?
  20. Positive the water intake will get better, I did worse today than yesterday and only got in about 40 oz [emoji107] I will try again tomorrow Congrats TxJP 51 pounds wow that's a great number - also yayyyy on the bicycle and tennis, it's a wonderful thing to do things that we enjoy with ease - curious about your food, are you doing anything in particular?
  21. Positive let us know how it works I almost hit my Water goal yesterday, and would be at goal if we can include wine lol - I got in about 50 oz grrrr
