  1. @@miiasan Glad to hear from you & your progress! Your daughter is going to be so surprised!! I too am out of plus sizes & wearing some 16 that are starting to look baggy!!! I'm retired too, waiting to buy new pants till I get to my new size so thankful I can get away with the baggy!! I've been wanting to do a girls trip to NYC with my daughter, maybe that would be a good goal gift! Have fun on your trip!
  2. @@whoahbabyy Yea!!! you made it!! It feels so good to drop to the next level!! Your catching up with me ! @@395Ron Your doing so well Ron, and the weight loss 3.5 lbs is great! 3. @@jjod Yes, I get hungry now when I haven't ate in a while, but not like I use too!

  6. Has any one else noticing some hair loss? Mine isn't horrible but I just started noticing at 3 months more hair on my clothing. No clumps just more strands than usual. Taking Biotin everyday, & getting my protein in. I'm at a stall right now, for 2 weeks. I haven't been walking as much, so I know what I need to do! Hope everyone else is doing well!!!.
  7. @@395Ron Wondering how you are doing?
  8. @@steph_anie wow, you are doing amazing!!! I sometimes wonder why I was so scared of the surgery to begin with!! I had the Roux N Y. Lots of sleever's on here & everyone seems to be doing well with both surgery's!!
  9. @@L.Harmony Are you taking Biotin? I do but I have noticed this last week more strands of hair on my clothing than normal. No handfuls, at least not yet. The hair loss is supposed to get better after 6 months. Glad your doing well with the weight loss!
  10. @@jandbmom Congratulations!! Happy for you, the 1/2 way point feels so good!!! You have done great!! @@kvoneye We are doing great!! I think you will meet your goal, especially if you pick up the walking some! My arms are the worst part on me & my inner thighs. Not sure what to do about the arms. The scar from arm surgery seems so long! I wish they would come up with something better! I will have to think long & hard about that. Not sure what they do about inner thighs! I'm definatly going to at least check into it after I have reached my goal & maintained for at least 6 months. Keep up the good work were neck & neck!!!

  12. @@whoahbabyy It is nice to have support! I bought some new cloths on sale & my husband said I deserve it! :-)! I did better than I expected over the holidays, took a bite of everything that didn't have sugar & had no problems eating anything!! I'm enjoying drinking coffee! 1 cup a day divided into 2 cups with my protein drink! I'm finally feeling thinner too!! I feel so much better! yea us!!!
  13. @@anewme2015 I don't count calories I just count my protein. I try to get between 60-80grams a day. I start off with a vanilla premier protein shake in my coffee for breakfast giving me 30gm start. I have one snack a day of lowfat string cheese for 8gm more. I try to eat some meat with cottage cheese at one of my meals, & the other just about anything, if it doesn't have much protein in it, I may add some unflavored protein powder to it. Glad things are going well for you!!!
  14. @@Laughingmyassoff2015 You are doing fantastic!!! Don't you feel better all ready! Amazing, so grateful too!
  15. Happy New Year Everyone!!! We are starting a new year & hopefully successful one for all of us!!! For our Oct. 1st surgery's its 3 months & will be 3 months for the rest of us soon!!! I'am so glad I did this surgery! I made it through the holidays not feeling deprived & hungry! Now to step up the exercise! I put a pair of weights by my chair so I could do some arm lifts while watching some tv, thats my goal for now! I will keep up with my walking 6 days a week which I have not done this last week with everything going on with holidays ( I know no excuses, my other goal for the year). Do you have any goals for this year? & how is everyone doing after the holidays?
  16. Everyone is doing fantastic!!! I went to my GP yesterday and weighed 198, down 40 lbs, 32 since surgery!! I think we are still loosing about the same @@kvoneye !
  17. I went to my GP today & I weighed, 198 !!!! Yea!!!! I broke the 200 mark! So Happy!!!! Doing well with the holiday meals, I try a bite of most things without sugar now & still haven't had any problems. My water is still an issue with me, trying to get my 64oz by the end of the day. I seem to forget still, but other than that, no problems with protein amounts!!! Hope everyone is having happy holidays!!! Can't wait to hear about your progress!!!
  18. @@tugs I know, everyone is so different! I'm still at 2/3 cup at a meal with 2 Snacks a day 1 string cheese the other a few nuts chewed really well. I'm at a stall this week, but slacked on the exercise. Will pick it back up after the 1st. You have done really well with your weight loss!
  19. Hi everyone! Wanted to wish you all a Merry Merry Christmas! Hope everyone is still doing well! I'm down 30 lbs since surgery Oct. 8th. I'm at 200 yea!! I seem to be stalled this week so hopefully I will be under 200 by New Years!!! I have more energy than I have had in a long time. Feeling very good!!! Best wishes to you all!!
  20. @@miiasan Thank-You, I eat all fish but I guess I will wait awhile like you suggested & see later. Someone said it may because it can be kinda rich so we will see!
  21. Has anyone had any trouble eating Salmon? I had 1/3 cup of it baked & It came back up. First thing that has done that to me. I thought I ate it slow enough but my body just didn't want it. Strange.
  22. @@queenie's Gosh your weight loss is phenomenal! So glad to hear that!!! It won't be long & you will be at 100!! Thanks for updating us!!
  23. @@whoahbabyy can you drink the premiere protein vanilla shakes? It taste so good 1/2 & 1/2 with coffee. It gives me 2 cups to enjoy in the morning without going over my 1 cup limit, & maybe coffee isn't so bad diluted with protein shake!! . They only told me caffeine is dehydrating, but since I drink all my water I figure its ok. I think you should still enjoy your tradition on Christmas morning its not that far off from Jan 14, just make sure you drink plenty of water!
  24. @@Mogwaicat Glad you finally found something to drink, the protein seems to be the most important other than water!! I bet the weight will start falling off of you even more!!
