What a wonderful gathering today! 6 Beautiful Bandsters and 1 on her way this month got together and had a really fun morning! Lots of laughs, clapping, conversations galore and the best thing ever!! no judging! We talked about doing some activities together such as preparing for a 5k walk and bowling. We are also interested in doing some support talk groups focusing on individual issues, meal planning, goal setting, and celebrating each others achievements .
