  1. I also am a server in a very busy restaurant. I work 8-9 hour shifts. I went back at 3 weeks. I'm probably pushing it but I also went to Mexico to have the surgery and I didn't want anyone to know. So I try and not push my self to hard. It's a hard one but I'm sure you will make the right decision for you. If you are seeing a psychiatrist have them take you out on stress leave and go on disability while you heal. Just a thought.

  7. Just for a quick update! You were all right! I've now lost 12 pounds 10 days out. I feel great! Thank-you again for easing my mind. Love all the support.
  8. Thanks lady's, all your positive reassurance has made me feel a little better. I will TRY and be patient!!
  9. Im getting a little worried I had my sleeve done wed August 26. I have not lost any weight. I see that people are losing 5-15 the first week. Nothing for me. I'm following my doctors dietary instructions to a tee. Now I am still quite bloated. I did have my lap band removed 2 months ago because of complications. So I was thinking maybe mines slower because my body is use to it. Just wanted to get some feed back. Thanks
  10. I was sleeved on wed aug 26. Every day I'm feeling a little less sore. Really not tired at all! I wish I was. running out of stuff to do. I am still bloated. And I have not lost any weight not even a pound. Which is concerning me I'm following all the dietary instructions drinking my fluids. my daughter had the surgery the same day and she has lost 16 pounds. Has anyone else had this problem?
