  5. @@tcrehm I have just now started to notice some hair loss and started taking Biotin 5000mcg a day. Its only been a week, so I have not yet noticed any drastic change.
  6. Not much news on this end. I'm down 50lbs. from HW. Can't wait to lose another 50! People are just starting to notice the difference. Like Des, I have so much more energy, and I feel I can keep in going and going, like the energizer bunny!
  7. Wow! All the stories of your journeys are amazing and inspiring! I too am down 50lbs since I started my journey, with at least 50lbs more to go. We will make it through this holiday season with flying colors! 2016 watch out we are coming in strong!!

  17. September Sleevers please post updates on how you are doing! I'm about 2 mths post-op HW 243, SW 221, CW 200. I feel great, I've had no complications after surgery. I watch what I eat, but I'm satisfied. I'm no longer on cholesterol medications and I was taken off 2 of my blood pressure meds and I'm no longer at the threshold for diabeties. This surgery was the best decision I've ever made! I'm very happy with the results and its only going to get better!
  18. Des I'm so happy you decided to move forward with your surgery, you'll have no regrets! You will soon see it was the best decision you have ever made.
  19. Des don't doubt your decisions for this surgery. This is your tool not to go back where you once were. This will help you keep it off! You have come too far and have worked so hard, and still have a long way to go, to stop now! It will get harder and I don't want you to get discouraged.   22. It was great! I'm starting my 4th wk post-op and to date everything has gone well, no complications! I'm now eating soft foods, I'm down 33lbs. How are you?
  23. Hi Des, That is wonderful news! Wow, 50lbs! Without being sleeved is amazing! Congratulations! Your new surgery date is the day after my birthday, it will be awesome, can't wait! This is my 4th wk post op things are good, I have don't had any of the issues I've read about (Thank God), vomiting, white foam, etc. I have no complaints. I haven't lost much in the last week, but I have lost a lot of inches. I'm actually wearing size 14 pants, wow! That's 2 1/2 size smaller than when I first started.
  24. 2 wks post-op = Getting ready to return to work! Wl after surgery 11lbs., twl 32lbs. Feeling exited!
