  3. Hello, I am from Gainesville, Texas. I currently have United Healthcare Community Plan Medicaid and I am trying to locate a doctor that will accept my insurance. I am 53 years old. I am disabled. I am Morbidly obese. I have Degenerative bone disease, I was newly diagnosed with Diabetes, I have seizure disorder. I need this surgery to save my life. I am willing to go to Gainesville, Sherman, Dennison, Lewisville, Colleyville, Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton and even Witchita Falls.
