  1. Hi I am a 30 year old that had lap band done on Dec. 28th, 2007. Here I am 6 months out and have only lost 20 pounds. I am an emotional, boredom eater. I got back on my protein shakes last week. I am having a hard time with water but I am trying. Please I need a buddy to help me stay on course.
  2. Hello. I have never posted on here before but I think it is time. I was banded on Dec. 28, 2007 and the morning of surgery I weighted 305lbs....Now today is June 30th and I weigh 285. That is ONLY 3.33 pounds a month. Please somebody tell me they have lost this slowly before and it will get better....I am so discouraged that I feel like I have done this for nothing. Any words of encouragement would help so much!
