  1. "Bitch Stitch" that's awesome. That's exactly what it is.
  2. I had my post op on Thursday. Cleared as well. Yes sixth floor.. Small world. My next appt isn't until July now. I have been thankful for every part of this journey up untill this pulling. I'm really ready for it to be over... Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  3. Hi Paul Dean.. I'm in Jax as well. Looks like we have the same surgery date and the same dr. So funny. We were at.the hospital at the same time. My surgery was at 9:15. This pulling pain in my left side is the worst. I was sopposed to go back to work today but decided to stay home another week. If I sneeze I will involuntary scream which I can't do at my job. I might scare my Co workers at Bank of America lol Dr Hodgett says it's NJ oral and will go away. But I just don't know what to do to help the healing process along faster.
  4. I'm 18 days out and still having this pain, and mine is on the left side as well. If I cough or sneeze I would have to say it's the worst pain ever. Dr said its normal and should only last another 1-2 more weeks. I was planning on returning to work tomorrow, but there is no way. Getting up from a sitting position is so painful and if I sneezed at work I might involuntarily scream from the pain and I can't do that. Is anyone out there past this pain? I'm at wits end with it Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  5. Yes that's exactly what I have to. But mine is definitely the large incision. I've been sleeping get on the couch just cause its easier on my stomach. I feel fantastic other than this pulling.
  6. Thanks so much. I guess because my bed is kinda high bits very hard to get I and out. The pulling had been my worst part so far. I walk and stretch and do what I can. Just want that to stop lol. My apt I'd 4/14. Thanks so much for the info n
  7. I know everyone is different. I was just wondering. How long does the stomach pulling start to get better. I was sleeved on 3/30. My incision site hurts so bad when I get up or sit down. I know it will stop eventually but wanted to know how far ahead is the light at the end of the tunnel

  15. My (tenituve) surgery date is 4/28 I meet with the Dr on Tuesday and will confirm... I'm on YouTube, Pintrest, and Googling like crazy. Before and after pics, sleevers week by week vlogs on their progress. Do's and don'ts. Everthing.... Does anyone have any suggestions on what you did pre-op to get ready and get all the info possible? I've been watching this one girl FlyGirl Fitness on YouTube. She has a weekly vlog documenting her progress. I was just wondering what everyone else did
