    Hello! My surgery was in Aug 25th, lost 79 lbs since then. Weightloss stalling for last month or so. In the beginning I was thining its holidays, but then the hair started to fall out. I admit I became too reckless with my Water intake and also Protein, but I am eating a lot of beef Jerky and was hoping it would be enough. Also I started to drink coffee again. And DDP Yoga workouts. I don't really know wht to do, I guess I'll just try to wait it out just doing my thing and trying to get back on track with water/protein, cutting all the coffee If there is any support groups for Aug 2015, please speak up. I feel like I need it
