  2. Walking definitely helped, in my opinion. Also, I am a stomach/side sleeper -- I had a rough first two nights, but then wore my binder (large elastic belt-like thing I got at the hospital -- it pretty much covered entire lower half of my torso), I was able to sleep comfortably on my side and stomach. It kind of holds everything in so I didn't get those painful, pulling feelings.
