I am on a pre pre-op diet starting today. I could really use some tips on how to change it up. I need to lose 16 pounds by Jan 4th in order for my insurance to cover surgery.

I have PCOS as well and I am having my first consult this Tuesday with a surgeon about getting the sleeve. I am very excited and hope to have my surgery within 2 MONTHS. Good luck with your surgery and keep us updated.

So this is my second post on this app. Like I said in my first post, I am a very private and shy person at first. I have been researching getting the sleeve for 2 years now and it is time. I have my consult with Dr Sprunger in Phoenix AZ. I am very excited and nervous at the same time. Any advise is great. Thank you.

I am brand new to forums. I am a very private person so this is a big deal to me. I have BCBS of AZ and already know I am going for getting the sleeve. I have been researching for about a year and hopefully can get my surgery scheduled for Nov or Dec. Can anyone tell me if they have my insurance and how their process went? Thank you
