  4. I am still in my 6 month program for surgery and I have a few health conditions related to weight and PCOS is one of them. Has anyone that has had the surgery find that the weight loss from surgery helped your PCOS as far as abnormal hair (facial hair), fertility or anything like that?
  5. I haven't had surgery yet but I am practicing and trying out new things for when I do and I use Premier protein, it is kind of pricey, $8.00 for 4 of them but they are already made, which I like because it's not chalky and they have 30g of protein. I get chocolate and vanillia. I see online they have strawberry but I have never seen it in my walmart

  7. Hey everyone! This is my first post. I am in the early stages of going through a 6 month program for bariatric surgery.I am currently leaning towards having the vertical sleeve gatrectomy but my nutritionist says that I should consider having the bypass because I already have reflux. Has anyone had this same issue? what was your deciding factor in deciding which procedure to have?
