    I had my one week appt. today and I am down 10 pounds. It hasn't been a totally easy week, but if gets better every day. I went back to work after one week and I was able to do it. Was really nervous since I am a teacher and on my feet a lot.

    8/25 sleever too. Feeling ok. I have more gas than normal. Warm liquids seem to help. Do either of you get pains in your chest when you drink?

    I had my surgery on Tuesday. I felt weak today, so I tried a protein drink and felt better. My NUT told me to start full liquids today.
