  8. So.. I have always had severe cramping before and during my menstrual cycle. But I was able to treat it with naproxen/ibuprofen. I know I can't take those anymore. So any suggestions for alternatives (and Tylenol, heat pads, tea etc do nothing for me) I'm desperate. Side note: my company switched insurance providers and some glitch left me without insurance this month so I can't see my PCP or surgeon till sept ???? oh and I'm 8 weeks out. TIA
