Ladies we are just a few days out now!! Hope everyone is doing well and getting ready!!

Well Monday is surgery day!!!! So excited and nervous at the same time. Does anyone have suggestions for chewable vitamins and chewable calcium citrate for after ? Also any recommendations on shakes post op? Thanks and congrats to all who are now post op!!

I start 1 week liquid diet tomorrow.....fingers crossed it's a smooth week!!! Good luck to everyone else starting their liquid diet and especially those having surgeries! !!

I have really enjoyed each appt I've had so far. Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. I start liquid diet on monday then surgery the next!!!!!

Having the gastric sleeve..I don't drink much caffeine if any..so that shouldn't be a problem. Just concerned straight liquid foe a week will get boring quick and I'll be hungry

Hi my name is Cathy...having the sleeve on Aug 24 and getting nervous. Start my pre op liquid diet on the 17th and am worried about headaches and such with that. Anyone have tips or suggestions for all this pre op stuff???
