  1. I'm 52 and 4 weeks post op I get my period. I haven't had it in 2 years. Maybe twice only for a day. Today is day 6 and still going. ????????????
  2. I had mine done on the 4th and told a few friends that did show up by my side. But getting home. I wanted to be left alone to focus on myself and not socialize or say a word even. We all handle it differently but I agree with most that we all should focus on ourself to feel and get better.
  3. I had mine the same day and I'm at home now questioning what I did and if it's worth it. Walking does help apparently. And they all say it gets easier as the days go by
  4. I actually forgot to weigh myself before being operated on. I'm going home today. This is not easy. I still can't drink enough. I'm going for coconut water. I know I have to hang in there for a few more days to feel better. I did ask to have see my stomach. I'm taking it home to plant it under a tree or something. Lots of junk in thee to make anything grow. God Bless All

  8. I finally had my sleeve on Tuesday. I should be going home tomorrow Thursday if my nausea stops. That Was a killer for me. I also keep getting hiccups. I can only have clear fluids for another week then move to purée food but really slow. I'm on iv fluids while in the hospital. I'm looking forward to learning a new health life.

  10. Thank you both for the support. I am snapping and everyone today. Maybe cause I'm beginning to panic. But once I'm drugged they can do what they want with me.
  11. Hello All. I'm 5'7 and 225. Going in for my Sleeve tomorrow. I'm just worried that I won't be able to handle the surgery. Otherwise I'm all set. Have read the good and the bad. But it's time I felt healthy. I need to enjoy life again and to work out. I'm 52
