  1. My Lapband, revision to Sleeve were both done by Dr. Richard Carter in Arlington. He has also been my general surgeon for other non-bariatric issues including bowel obstruction and hernia repairs. My wife and I both love him!
  2. I am on liquids too.... Post op 7/22.... I did get to add protein shakes yesterday... But isopure is my primary protein source right now.... Tip: green apple and fruit punch are OK... I am scared to try the others.. HA
  3. I use infant sippy cups.... Measure out my target for 15 minutes and keep it by me... So every time I see it, I take a sip. I learned this trick on my Lapband journey nearly 10 years ago.

  5. I had Lap-band in 2006 and lost a max of 110 lbs before i gained some back and maintained abt 70 lbs. since. I had lapband removed and gastric sleeve done Weds. Any ideas why some things kick back really foamy?!?
